This week's guest Dr Bec Bowring discusses how the holistic relationship between Chiropractic and Dentistry is helping shape young mouths for life.
Bec Bowring has been on her Chiropractic journey since her first adjustment at 6 years old where she decided right there on the table that this was how she was going to devote the rest of her life.

With a passion for family healthcare and in particular children, Bec has been collaborating with Dentists, Naturopaths, Medical Practitioners, Lactation Consultants, Midwives and a swag of allied healthcare providers for the last 32 years. Along with her partner Darren Little and a brilliant team, Bec runs their 3 Sydney Central To Health practices in Surry Hills, Artarmon & Erskineville. Bec’s latest adventure is helping to establish The Quantum Kid in North Sydney, a collaboration between Dentists, Osteopaths & Chiropractors designed specifically for childhood development, functional health & early intervention in a child-centric vitalistic model.

Bec has always identified as a Mum first, healthcare practitioner second. She gained her formal education at UNSW & Macquarie University with a BSc & MChiro but it is the 30 years of an insatiable need for learning that has given her expertise in Sacro Occipital Technic, Craniopathy, Chirodontics, Genomics, Nutrition, Paediatric & Maternity care. She is a prolific writer, podcaster and teacher, empowering parents & practitioners to listen to what the body is trying to say and helping to enhance the inbuilt healing capabilities found in each and every person through the brain-body connection.
