Jess' approach centres around a holistic health and encompassing diet, sleep, functional medicine where appropriate, and management of the autonomic nervous system.
following on from her previous episode, Jess joins us to chat about a few other impacted structures and symptoms that may notbe so well known following a concussion. Structures such as the Temporal Mandibular Joint (TMJ) as well as structures of the ear- the auditory and vestibular system and the upper cervical spine.
