Dr. Jessica Povall is a dedicated physiotherapist who first developed a passion for concussion management while working in New Zealand nine years ago. Jess' approach centres around a holistic health and encompassing diet, sleep, functional medicine where appropriate, and management of the autonomic nervous system.

Jess shares her wealth of knowledge on concussion and what we can do about it. We speak on how we often have very little understanding of the wider reaches of a concussion (or head knock of any kind) and how many other systems of the body become impacted by this injury.
